50/50 bread rolls (dough made in breadmaker)
Recipe by
250g strong white bread flour or 250g seeded white bread flour is also good
250g very strong wholemeal bread flour
3 tbsp skimmed milk powder
3 tbsp brown sugar
1.5 tsp salt
1.5 tsp fact action yeast
370ml water (luke warm)
3 tbsp sunflower oil
Prep. Time → 120 min
Cook Time → 15 min
1. place all ingredients in breadmaker & put on dough setting
2. once dough has been made turn out onto floured board and divide into 8
3. working in a circular motion lightly knead each piece into a roll shape and place on a non stick tray (as long as there is flour on the bottom of the roll it won't stick)
4. Place in a warm place to rise again for about 20 minutes
5. Bake in oven at about 190 for about 15 minutes - usually I know when they're ready by smell!
