Red coconut chutney

1tsp Oil
1tsp Urad Dal
1tsp Chana Dal
2-3 Red Chillies
3/4 cup Coconut
1tsp Tamarind
2tsp Ghee
1/2tsp Mustard Seeds
a pinch hing
salt to taste

Vorb. Zeit → 15 Min.

1. Fry Urad dal, Chana dal and Red chillies until the dals turn pink. Then in a mixer grind coconut, roasted dals, tamarind pulp and salt. After it becomes smooth paste, put tadka of ghee, rai and hing into the coconut chutney. Serve with Idli, Dosas, etc.
