Penne bolognase bake

Penne pasta
500g of mince meat
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
Tomato purée
1 diced onion
1 clove of garlic
Pinch of mixed herbs
Handfull of mozerella
Vorb. Zeit → 15 Min.
Koch Zeit → 30 Min.
1. In a frying pan shallow fry the onion and garlic in some oil and then add the mince meat and fry until brown. Add the chopped tomatoes and stir until the ingredients are mixed together.
2. Then in a saucepan boil some water and add the penne pasta and cook.
3. Add the tomato purée to the sauce and simmer. Then add a Handfull of mixed herbs and penne pasta.
4. Grab an ovenproof dish and add the pasta bolognase and sprinkle of mozerella and grill until the cheese bubbles.
5. Then serve and enjoy!
