1 head of lettuce shredded
1 bag (3 cups) tortilla chips (shredded)
500 ml (2 cups) cubed cooked chicken
375 ml to 500 ml (1.5 to 2 cups)canned kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup calorie-wise Ranch dressing
125 ml (1/2 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
Tomatoes and olives for garnish

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Garnish with tomatoes and olives. refrigerate left-overs.
