2 lb cod
2 oz. butter
2 teaspoons curry power
cayenne
paprika
1 pint stock
1 tablespoon flour
1 onion
salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Vorb. Zeit → 15 Min.

Koch Zeit → 70 Min.

1. Cut the cod into pieces about 1 inch square put in to hot butter in frying pan
Fry for a few minutes on both sides then remove from pan
Chop the onion's and put in same pan with flour and curry powder
Fry for 15 minutes stirring all the time
Add the stock bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes
Put in the lemon juice, cayenne and salt
Add the cod cover and let stand for 30 minutes
Heat for 10 minutes
Serve with rice
