Chicken or crab sweetcorn soup

400g tin cream style corn
160g tin sweet corn
Chicken or Crab pieces
salt and pepper
pinch of sugar
sesame oil
diced spring onions
cornflour mix

Vorb. Zeit → 10 Min.

Koch Zeit → 15 Min.

1. 1) Put 400g cream style corn in pan.

2. 2) Add equivalent amount of cold.

3. 3) Add 160g sweet corn.

4. 4) Heat up to simmering - add salt and pepper and pinch of sugar - taste for flavour.

5. 4) Stir in cornflour to thicken soup.

6. 5) Add couple drops of sesame oil / chicken or crab pieces and diced spring onion.

7. 6) Serve immediately - piping hot.
